Achillea millefolium var. occidentalis is a variety in the genus Achillea (yarrow) which contains 85 species and belongs to the family of the Asteraceae (Aster Family).

The perennials grow to a height of approximately 1 meter.They grow at a moderate rate and have a moderate lifespan.
