Acacia pendula, commonly known as Myall Acacia, is a tree.

Acacia pendula was already described by Allan Cunningham but it was not until 1832 that the name was validly published by George Don.

The Myall Acacia is a species in the genus Acacia (wattle) which contains 1200 species and belongs to the family of the Fabaceae (Legume Family).

The trees grow to a height of approximately 10 meters and have a rounded to broadly spreading shape.

Acacia pendula is an evergreen plant with bipinnate leaves. The leaves are arranged opposite one another. They are ovate with entire margins.

The flowers are spherical and pale yellow. The plants bloom from November to January. The flowers are arranged in racemes.
